Ciera Morgan, CEO & Founder

Ciera is a compassionate and experienced nurse with over a decade of service in OB/GYN, women’s health, pediatrics, and military healthcare. Known for her warm and genuine spirit, she has always felt called to support women through one of life’s most sacred journeys such as childbirth. Her passion for maternal health led her to become a certified doula through DONA International, trained under a seasoned midwife and dedicating her work to improving outcomes for underserved communities.

Driven by a mission to reduce maternal and infant mortality, particularly among Black women and infants, Ciera served with the University of Houston’s Healthy Start Initiative, providing vital doula care to families in need. She believes every woman deserves to feel safe, supported, loved and empowered during pregnancy and childbirth. For Ciera, being present at the bedside and guiding families through their journey is not just a career, it’s her life’s assignment.
