Through video calls and personalized resources, our virtual doula services will help you prepare for birth, labor and postpartum with confidence, connection, and care, no matter where you are.

When the moment arrives for your baby’s entrance into the world, our Virtual Doula service ensures you never face it alone. We are equipped with techniques to manage discomfort effectively and facilitate a smoother labor process. Package Includes:

Pregnancy:

• 1-2 Virtual prenatal meetings to thoroughly prepare you for labor and the postpartum period. These personalized visits are to discuss your pregnancy, birth preferences, and questions, helping you feel confident, supported, and prepared for your baby’s arrival.
• Individualized Birth Plan: Following our consultation, you will receive an electronic copy of your Birth Plan. This document serves as a guide for your labor and delivery preferences and can be printed and shared with your healthcare providers.

Labor:

• On-Call Support: 24/7 on-call availability starting from week 38 of your pregnancy for labor-related inquiries and guidance.
• Virtual Presence: Virtual support during labor via phone, video calls, messages to help with guidance for comfort measures, birth options and to answer any questions.

Postpartum Support:

• Immediate Post-Birth Support: Up to 2 hours of virtual support
• Breastfeeding Guidance: Virtual assistance and support with the initial breastfeeding latch post-delivery as desired.
• Postpartum Follow-Up: (1) virtual postpartum follow-up meeting to check in on your well-being and address any postpartum concerns.
• Up to 6wks of postpartum phone, text and email support as needed.
